A friend of mine recently made a zoological comparison between some predators and realtors. He said that they acted as lone predators just as the crocodile. They go after their prey competing with each other in a way that makes their farming area look a little that the river or lake where the crocodile hunts.

I wonder if this is the most efficient way to try to obtain our way of living. Wouldn’t it be more efficient if a group of realtors decided to act like a pack wolves.
